We had a couple of cool days, that made everyone feel like Fall was in the air! During that time, the kids had a day off of school, and we got together with some of our friends to make inside out caramel Apples, where the caramel is INSIDE instead of the outside! We had fun hollowing out the apples, unwrapping all the caramels, filling in the holes, and then getting wild with our creative side as we added marshmallows, chocolate, nuts and more to spice up the apples! If you think they look good, you should have eaten them - DELICIOUS! I think this might have to become a new FALL tradition! Nothing says Autumn like caramel apples..inside or OUT!
