Abnormal Zoo experience

While Nana was visiting Clovis, we took her to the city zoo.  Usually Nana gets bored at zoos, because she claims the animals are always sleeping.  Well, today Nana didn’t have her typical day at the zoo!  Today, the tiger sat by the front fence, just feet away from us – showing us his teeth and growling loud and forceful for all to hear…a little freaky I might add…being that close to a powerful animal who appears to be aggrevated at something ~ maybe me!  Next, the giraffe came right up to the fence and said hello to Nana too.  That long purple tongue came right out and slurped the fence right next to us!  At another point during the visit, both Detric and Preston had their faces through the fence…hmmm.. who are the caged animals now?  Watch out boys, I bet those animals would switch ya places in an instant!   For being a small town zoo, I think Nana had a good, exciting, non typical, active animal day at the zoo.
