Erica had her first taste of real food this week! (ok….we have snuck her a taste of otter pops in the past…but this was her first official taste of food!) We tried rice cereal with breast milk and she gobbled that up! And when we weren’t spooning fast enough…she made direct contact with the bowl!! Then we tried pears….she didn’t like those quite as much, then we tried sweet potatoes and boy are those messy – but we had more success with those than the pears! I think Erica is really going to like food…hey, who doesn’t? Aparri is such a good big sister. She loves to feed Erica and Erica loves to have Aparri feed her – hey win win!!
