Chicks, Parks, and SUPER sized donuts

Within seconds of being at the cousins' house, Preston discovered they had baby chicks...and that was all he needed to know!  He was hooked to those little things the rest of the trip!  Our animal lover was in heaven!

Papa and Nana were there and spoiled the kids - HUGE donuts the size of their heads ( I couldn't believe how big these things were! Holy Cow...now that is a donut!), gift baskets, playing at the park, getting tied up into knots (CJ thought that he could tie up Papa - and when that didn't work out too well - Papa tied him up!  I guess CJ needs to practice a few more of those boy scout knots...he will have to call for a rematch in a few months!), and lots of love!

Before the second day of graduation ceremonies began, we took the kids to the park and let them release energy!  The boys brought skate boards and had a fun time riding them down the hill...they each took a few graceful tumbles in the grass, but always came out smiling!  It looked like so much fun, Laura gave it a go - and got part way down the hill before she too biffed it - however, she wasn't as graceful as the boys and got a nice grass stain on her pants (that's what we have fels naptha is for)but she sure had fun doing it!

Thanks Nicole and Corey for letting us come and stay in your home, hanging out, and sharing your little chicks with us!
