Erica's Going Home

At first Laura thought she wanted to stay as long as possible in the hospital (because that is what she has done in the past), but when the time came to choose - Laura was ready and chose to go home!  With 3 kids in school, and Detric the only one still at home during the day - the load was a little lighter than it was the last few times Laura went home from the hospital.  Plus, Clay had work off, Becky was in town, and we had friends, neighbors and the squadron spoiling us rotten with meals - Laura didn't have to cook for 2 weeks!  It was amazing and such a blessing!  We are surrounded by great giving people!  They showed us so much love.  It was touching to have so many people wish us congratulations, offer to help, take the other kids, bring meals, give gifts, and send texts with words of love and offers to do more than we could ever need!   **With so many people sick, we didn't take this little peanut out for quite a while!  Laura became the hand sanitizing nazi .  She put signs up around the house in bold ORANGE letters to remind everyone to WASH YOUR HANDS!

Miriam Depew, from Dietrich, ID crocheted these little footies.  They are adorable and fit Erica perfectly!

It has become tradition that we get each new child a "build-a-bear" before they are born.  This pink haird doll was the family pick for Erica.  Her name is "Lovee" and she has been waiting in Erica's crib anxiously awaiting her arrival!

Erica's first room will be shared with Dad and Mom until she is a little bigger and then we decide which room she will occupy...
