CJ didn't have to wait very long after he turned 12 to be able to go to the temple! The youth had a temple trip planned for 2 weeks after his birthday! Clay and Laura both wanted to go and luckily we have some friends in Lubbock that were able to watch our kids so we could both be there with CJ on his special day! It is such a neat experience to go to the temple with your children. We can't wait to go back to the temple often with CJ!
It was fun to be able to share this special day for CJ with our good friends the Hickman's (Dave and Jenny) as they also went to the temple with Chandler for his first temple trip!
