We had 12 pieces of checked bags, 6 backpacks, 1 carryon luggage, a stroller, a carseat, 5 kids, 2 adults, and a partridge in a pear tree. Seriously we were quite the load! On the trip we discovered how hard it is to keep track of all the luggage, stuff, and kids... Clay forgot his wallet at home & Laura forgot Erica's birth certificate, so we had to go back an hour to get them, then Clay left his laptop after going through security, we miscounted and mis managed our luggage on the return flight and accidently put our carryon through checked luggage at the skycap. So one of our pieces of luggage wasn't tagged - luckily we discovered our mistake before we left Boise Airport. We were able to contact an airport employee who helped us locate the missing tagless bag - whew. Then as we got to the gate - Laura's wallet was missing. She searched everywhere - in the end it was in the bottom of the stroller, under the carseat...STRESS!!! Luckily it is just stuff and we didn't lose any of our children - we didn't even lose them once! Now that is an accomplishment!
