Last time we went to the Riverwalk, it was drained and under construction. So this time we got to see it in all it's water glory. We walked along the stores searching for a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Store that we knew was somewhere close by.... as we searched we found a river cruise that we went on and learned all about San Antonio's history, Laura got us all roped into a hotel tour (they got her by promising her a 7 night stay at one of their resorts!), and last but definitely not least, we found the chocolate! We let everyone pick a treat and then devour it (even though it was late at night....hey, we are on vacation right? ) Detric got a chocolate covered homemade marshmello, Aparri got a piece of chocolate, Preston got a truffle, CJ got a chocolate covered smore, and Laura & Clay shared a famous caramel/chocolate/graham cracker covered apple...delish! Everyone enjoyed their treat, especially Preston (our chocolate/ treat lover)...as soon as he was done with his, he made his way to his unsuspecting victims ..... the younger siblings...with the hope that they wouldn't finish theirs and he would be able to partake! I think in the end he ate at least 3 people's chocolate! Oh...and then when all was said and done...the crazies came out...our children on mounds of sugar...run to the car.... NOW!!!!
