We had a wonderful Easter!! We started the morning off with CHOCOLATE!!! The Easter Bunny brought each of the kids an ENORMOUS chocolate bunny. When I say HUGE, I mean HUGE!!! Some of them are the size of our youngest child!!! They had fun trying to bite into those Easter Bunnies!!! Some were quite the challenge, but the kids were determined! Next, we had an Easter Egg Hunt throughout the house. The Easter Bunny had hidden 73 eggs throughout the house. We found them all in no time!!! The rest of the day was enjoying General Conference. Yep, Easter landed on General Conference weekend this year, which is really kind of nice. We got to spend the whole day together, relaxing, enjoying conference, playing, and eating lots of CHOCOLATE bunnies!
Our Easter Meal was shared this year with Jimmy & Delma (and Stormy) Newman and Ellen Campbell. It was the perfect ending to our Easter Day. Great company, Great Food (chicken Monterey, deviled eggs, homemade rolls, and cauliflower), Great Reason - celebrate the resurrection of our Savior. Happy Easter Everyone.
