CJ was very excited to participate in his first official pinewood derby! CJ knew exactly how he wanted to cut and design his car. A hummer body style, multi - colored body paint job, finished off with guns and booster rockets with a lego man to drive. Waa laa... the finished product. CJ's car, which he named THE ROCKET, did well in the races. He even had a nice trick up his sleeve... during his second race (all cars raced 3 times) the Rocket jumped tracks! He literally jumped off his track and onto the neighboring track cutting off the other car. It was pretty sweet...the audience was roaring - never seen that one before! Good job CJ and The Rocket - you make a pretty good team!
