This time of year is full of so much fun and festivities! With Christmas Parties, Musical Presentations, Dance Recitals, Squadron Adult only Party = Dress up Date night! The month of December is never lacking for activities! We failed to visit with Santa Claus last year, so we made sure not to repeat that mistake this year! Since Detric was literally a few days old in 2012, we failed to meet him last year, this was Detric's first visit with Santa. We weren't sure how Detric was going to respond to the Jolly O' Fellow, but wouldn't you know it...that kid hopped right on his lap, talked with him, listened to all he had to say, gave him a big hug, waved bye bye, got his treat and was done! Wow - blow me over with a feather...that is the first time in all our 4 kids that the "first time to meet Santa" in didn't end in tears! Way to go Detric!
